Event Title: Developing Leadership Capacity in Your Own School

Session Overview:

This session will provide the opportunity to hear from an experienced system leader – Pat Smart (Executive Headteacher – Greet Teaching School Alliance, Birmingham), to reflect on how you might build and sustain leadership capacity in your own school to ensure standards are maintained.
