I am delighted to announce that SALLY HEWITT will be joining the Gateway Alliance central team from Tuesday 2nd September 2019. Sally is taking up the position of Development Manager and will have responsibility for leading our School Direct ITT programme, alongside coordinating our NQT CPD programme, developing mentoring and coaching programmes and acting as Research Lead for the Alliance.
Some of you may know Sally as she has joined us from her role as Head of Primary (School Direct) at the University of Warwick (Centre for Teacher Education), where she developed and led the University’s primary School Direct provision for the last 5 years. Prior to that Sally taught at Bishop’s Tachbrook CE Primary School, Leamington Spa, where she was also Maths Subject Leader.
Sally has a huge amount of relevant skills and experience and we are delighted to welcome her to our central team. Sally will be working 3 days/week, please find her contact details below.
