Developing Professional Coaching Skills

This course aims to teach and practise professional level coaching skills and strategies, embedding them in your daily leadership practice. 

With coaching skills in your leadership tool bag, challenges can be made easier! Conversations with colleagues, staff and your community could be transformed. The course will be three half day sessions, with planned practice in between, relevant readings and a useful course book as a gift! 

Audience: This course is suitable for any leaders in school – senior or middle leaders, subject or phase leaders.
