Maths Subject Leader Development Meetings
Led by Tom Manners
Overview
Our Maths Network termly development meetings provide an opportunity for subject leaders to come together to:
This session will delve into how to develop teacher exposition in mathematics, improving both the language used in the classroom as well as reasoning skills. Subsequently, we will look into how to approach subject leadership, with a focus on how to coach your staff to also join you on this journey.
Each session will ensure attendees are up-to-date with current goings-on in the maths education world, and, through our community, allow for opportunities for maths leaders to share and solve each other’s current concerns.
We will be running our local network meetings in a range of locations across the year and there will also be an online option.
