Senior Leadership
Our Senior Leaders’ network provides access to the latest evidence-informed leadership practice offered through an annual programme of webinars, networking events and inspirational conferences. We have input from both top level national and international speakers and also from invited high-quality, experienced, practicing senior leaders to share practical ideas and proven approaches which are grounded in research. 
We offer a comprehensive programme of training focused on a wide range of subjects from across the curriculum, all facilitated by leading subject experts. Through this programme we focus on developing subject knowledge, pupil engagement, skills progression as well as support for those leading their subject in school. Our well-established Maths, English and Science networks focus on exploring pedagogy, developing subject leadership skills and sharing practice. 
Special Educational Needs
Our well established and highly rated SENCo network provides an opportunity for both new and experienced SENCos to stay up to date with the latest national and local SEN developments and also access high-quality professional development to not only support them in their own role but to take back to share with colleagues in school.  We also offer the National Award in SEN Coordination in partnership with the University of Northampton, for more information contact us.
Early Years 
Our Early Years Leaders network provides you with the opportunity to engage with the best local and national early years authors, trainers and speakers. Through our programme of termly CPD and networking events we focus on the hot topics of the moment and bring you the latest evidence-informed thinking to support the development of early years practice in your setting. 
School Business Managers
Our Business Managers’ network offers an opportunity to engage in high-quality, role specific CPD as well as providing a forum to share practice and discuss relevant issues. Facilitated by an independent expert, the network benefits from links with relevant local authorities and the DfE Schools Commercial Team and their SBM Leaders network. 
Early Careers Teachers
We are a delivery partner for the Early Career Teachers' CPD Programme, working with the local Teaching School Hubs. We also offer a range of CPD events and conferences designed specifically to support with the challenges that teachers’ face in their early career. CPD Subscriptions

Our CPD subscriptions provide a cost-effective way for school staff to engage in our professional networks. Our network CPD programmes provide targeted professional development and networking for senior leaders, subject leaders, SENCos, early years specialists, classroom teachers and teaching assistants, school business managers and teachers in their early career.

Gateway have been leading professional networks for schools since 2012 and we are continually adapting and improving our provision based on feedback from teachers and leaders. Our programme is reviewed annually and updated to ensure it is fit for purpose and continues to meet the needs of schools.

Buying into our CPD subscription packages before the start of the academic year provides the best possible value for money for schools.

What does my subscription entitle me to?

We offer a range of subscriptions linked to specific subject areas or roles and these provide the best value for money to schools. For information about each subscription please visit our ‘Subscriptions’ page. Subscriptions are not transferable but additional places can be booked for a reduced fee.

Non-subscribing schools can book onto any of our training (subject to availability) and pay a one off price.

Are online sessions recorded?

Many of our sessions are recorded (depending on the permissions of the speakers) and will be made available to subscribing schools via the members area of our website.

Is there a dress code for attending events?

There is no formal dress code, however any event specific requirements will be advised beforehand.

Can I send more than 1 person to each event?

Your subscription entitles you to 1 place at each event (unless otherwise stated), additional places can usually be booked for an additional charge.

If I cancel my place at an event can I have a refund?

Please see our Terms and Conditions regarding our cancellation policy.

I have booked a place at an event but can no longer attend, can someone else attend in my place?

Yes you can send an alternative delegate to an event, please try and contact us by email or call 02476 347697 to let us know as soon as possible.

I am a subscriber do I need to book a place at each event that is applicable to that subscription?

It is vitally important that after you have purchased a subscription you book your place at each event linked to that subscription. Each subscription includes a variety of events, some with a choice of date, venue and subject. It is also important that we know which member of staff will be attending from your school and that you inform us of any special access or dietary requirements.

What if my preferred location for an event is full?

You will be offered a place at an alternative location.

Is lunch provided for a full day course?

Lunch is usually provided for full day courses, please ensure that you have provided any dietary requirements at least 1 week prior to event.

Is parking provided at venues?

Parking is provided at all venues (unless specified) and is usually free of charge.

How can I access resources shared at events?

Relevant resources will be available to all delegates after the event on our member’s area of the website. We will upload resources after each event and will let you know when they are available for you to access. These resources are for use in your own school only.

Schools can access the member’s area for the courses that they have accessed via their school dashboard.

Can I change my booking?

You can update your booking by contacting us by email or please call 02476 347697, up to 24 hours before an event.

Can I book multiple places on an event?

Unless specified you are able to book additional places on any event, charges will apply. If you would like to book a large number of places please contact us.

Can you run one of your training courses/events just for my cluster of schools?

Yes, this may be possible dependent upon numbers and availability. Please contact us for more information.

Can you help me to organise training for my cluster of schools or MAT?

Yes. We have a wealth of experience and expertise in organising high quality CPD and training for schools and we currently offer this support to schools as a bespoke service. Costs vary depending on what you require. Please contact us for more information.
