Our Governor Development Programme, has been created following feedback from our partner schools.

We were asked to create a programme of high-quality, evidence-informed CPD, led by expert facilitators that is accessible and has impact.

We have brought together a team of expert facilitators, highly experienced in their fields and also in supporting school and trust governing boards.

What to expect across the year...

Through this programme of termly ONLINE sessions, we are offering a broad range of topics that will support Governors to be most effective in their role.

The sessions will provide an opportunity for strategic thinking but also offer a range of practical ideas and will always reflect the latest research and Ofsted expectations.

Our programme of high-quality, evidence informed CPD for governors is led by expert facilitators, open to up to 3 of your governors per live session. You will also have access to the recordings of all sessions which can be shared with ALL governors back in school.
