Senior Leaders' Network

Our Senior Leaders’ network provides access to the latest evidence-informed leadership practice offered through an annual programme of webinars, networking events and inspirational conferences. We have input from both top level national and international speakers and also from invited high-quality, practicing senior leaders to share practical ideas and proven approaches which are grounded in research.

What to expect across the year…

Think-Piece Webinars:

We offer a series of “think-piece” webinars throughout the year. These are short, accessible, online talks led by interesting and engaging speakers. They provide a taste or introduction to new and innovative thinking focused on topics that would be of keen interest to Primary School Leaders. These sessions offer a platform for leaders to reflect on new ideas, thinking and research and encourage them to consider how this might affect their approach to leadership across their team and wider school community.

Networking Events:

We provide the opportunity for colleagues from across the network to come together in person, to explore a specific focus or theme. We will invite nationally renowned guest speakers and school leaders with innovative practice to share and there will be opportunity throughout the session and over coffee to network with colleagues, discuss themes from the day and support each other.

Senior Leaders’ Summer Conference:

Our Senior Leaders’ Summer Conference is one of our flagship events and we really looking forward to bringing together our whole network for an inspiring day of learning, laughter and replenishment towards the end of the year. As well as being of value to you professionally, this conference is our way to say thank you and recognise all that you do. We design this event to give you time out to reflect as well as to learn. We want you to leave feeling inspired, with new ideas and enthusiasm. And we want you to take away practical ideas you can share with your staff team and use back at school to help your children develop bright futures.

Books & Offers:

Working in partnership with a wide range of publishers and book sellers, we are delighted to bring our network members a range of half termly offers & discounts off some of the latest educational publications. We are delighted to support schools to enrich and develop their staff CPD library with books from our visiting speakers.

Resources & Links:

All network meeting resources, recordings and useful links are made available to network members and their schools, via our online resource hub housed on our website. All network members receive personal access to this area to ensure that they can access resources quickly and easily throughout the year.
