The Role: Data and CRM Administrator

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Take charge of HubSpot (our CRM) and make sure its full of accurate and reliable information.
  • Support the rest of the team to make sure we’re capturing all the right data we need from the people we serve
  • Design and execute processes that make everyone’s workload easier to manage
  • Build simple-to-understand reports and dashboards that show everyone how well the business is performing and where we could do better
  • Make sure the rest of the team know how to work with HubSpot and our other software properly by building simple, accessible training modules

  • You can fulfil all of the responsibilities listed above with ease
  • You are the sort of person who takes the initiative and can manage their own workload and time effectively
  • People who know you would describe you as detailed, organised, tech-savvy and efficient
  • You fit in well with our close-knit team and quickly build strong relationships with everyone
  • You are keen to progress and develop with the company
  • You’re fluent in English, both spoken and written
We have an office base in Kenilworth and deliver training programmes, courses and conferences across the Midlands region and online. We are flexible in terms of where the post would be based and happy to consider a home-based or hybrid working model. The post is full-time 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday). We are offering a generous holiday entitlement of 30 days/year which would need to be taken primarily during school holidays.
