  • Are you super organised and great at multi-tasking?
  • Are you warm, friendly, and confident speaking in front of large audiences?
  • Are you a natural presenter who can set the tone for an event and keep delegates engaged throughout the day?
  • Are you calm and professional under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills?
  • Are you tech savvy, social media savvy, and able to use a variety of online platforms and software to support both our training and your own efficiency, with an eye for design and attention to detail?
  • Do you have the skills and experience to support the delivery of successful events?
  • Do you have experience of primary education (e.g. Teacher or experienced Teaching Assistant) and understand the importance of professional development on improving outcomes for children?
  • Do you own a car and are you willing to travel across the Midlands area?
  • Do you fit in well with a close-knit team and quickly build strong relationships with everyone?

The details:

Salary: £25,000+ FTE (negotiable) with opportunities for progression

Location: Hybrid:

  • Supporting events across Midlands venues
  • Home working
  • Office available for team working in Kenilworth

Start date: ASAP

Contract: Permanent
